We bought a car in October and it has been in their shop 4 times in six months. The service manager said that this particular car lot does not sufficient equipment to inspect, and diagnose problems as advertised on their television ads. We were told that our car was being sent to the Buick dealership for proper diagnosis.
Also, the service rep that we had the last 3 times does not work there any more. Seems funny to me how they can go through so many service employees so quickly. Also the mechanic who made the last repair also no longer works there, either.?? Go figure, DO NOT buy a car from CarMax. Go to a new car dealership, they usually have some good dependable used cars.
