On April 24 we purchased an Ronoco 250 scooter (Roketa) from All New Sports. We notified them that parts were missing repeatedly and have never recieced the part.
In August the rectifier went out on the bike and we took it to an Roketa Dealer for repair. We talked to a service person at All New Sports and he said to mail the old rectifier and he would replace it and send it stright to Daly Tire, their contract dealer.
We sent the old part and they said they recieved it in December. We have not heard one more word from the company and our call are greeted with this number is no longer in service.
Our warranty expires in April and we are out $2300. And no Ronoco 250.
