I'm fairly easygoing and have given All New Sports every oportunity consivable to make things right with my purchase from them in May / 08. I purchased a Ronoco 250 Scooter and although I'm basically ok with the scooter, I'm still very agrevated with the company. They actually still have $400 of my money for an accessory order that hasn't been filled. I can't get any kind of response from them through any mode of contact. I also have multiple issues with the scooter but, thank goodness, they're all minor and I'm still able to get the service from it I was hoping for.
What I found to be very strange was the fact that their original website I used to purchase the scooter evidently now belongs to "A-LITE Sports" out of Oklahoma. I had All New Sports website saved in my "favorites" contacts and when I clicked on it after the scooter arrived to reports some minor problems, A-Lite popped up. What's was even stranger was that their website is exactly the same as All New Sports. I do mean exactly the same, down to the layout, colors and products to include pricing (at that time). When I e-mailed their service dept. All I got back was a streight forward simple sentence telling me I needed to contact All New Sports, not them! Later on, I did find the "new" web site for All New Sports and it had a totally differant layout and they no longer offered any type of scooters, just off road 4 wheelers. I honestly believe there's some kind of tie between these two companys.
I realize $400 isn't a lawsuit type figure and I believe that's what All New Sports is banking on. $400 is a very considerable amount of money for me and eventually I'm going to find out more info on filing a class action suit and or take them to small claims courts. Just wish I could get something for all my time and extreme aggrevation with this "company"
