Google succe ss kit

I was charged $11.95, $. 10, and $. 05 for a kit that I never authorized nor order. Please reimburse me the noted amount back into my account.

Second, I notified sale first and was told that they could not help me BUT if I contacted "pay-pal or city bank" they could help. I have never been refereed to a bank for a product's customer's service. If this is the correct avenue please note and confirm it for me. Thank you JMadsen
