On February 21st I parked at Paper Plus downtown near Burnside by the Galaxy Karoke Club for a birthday party. I was there for no more than 20 minutes when I came back and noticed my car was missing. It was midnight I know that the business was closed and nobody was around it was dark. I noticed a sign that said 'Retrieval towing' and a phone number. I called the number to check and sure enough they had my car.By their own admission I left it there for 20 minutes and it cost me like $275 to get my car out.
Two days later I find that the same company towed my coworker who is disabled. She was parked there for 15 minutes. She had to walk all that way even if her foot was disabled. These people are rude callous unprofessional. I have never had my car towed before and I am aware that I am not the only person who has been ripped off by this company. I want my money back and I want then to stop ripping off people. How did they know I was there for 20 minutes they must have been waiting for me.
