I had worked for Autozone for about a year in flagstaff, az had been applying for a manager since i first started and had always been turned town because i was white every manager we had and the district manager was hispanic and always looked down upon me and said i was never ready for the position even though i was for more intelligent then any of the managers had 1 instance i almost got fired cause the hispanic commericial manager was trying to bring something into work that happened out of work on a friends basis then second i got investigated in january for giving my customers discount to help people out cause not everyone could afford the parts that they needed do to economic reasons autozone said i costed them of $800 dollars for giving customers discounts and have filed a lawsuit on me to repay it back even though its pennies to them they made over 6.5 billion in profit last year alone and to add to it the company has owed me my referral of any employee for months now and had screwed up my benefits and owed me back pay for months but i have yet to see them yet and have contacted corporate and hr and they say i was not in good standing with the company at the time of asking and have refused to pay it back this company needs to go they have multiple law suits on them two from my store alone do to harassment and discrimination of employees DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM THEIR THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR POLICIES OR EMPLOYEES!
