Takes money for faulty cars doesnt make it right illegal car biz

This indibvidual sold us a vehicle and then wouldnt fix it as we kept paying him to do he has his wife work out of town he does nothing a shop where noone can sit or be warm im reporting a fraud biz as he has nothing but junk out there the dnr would love to know about
