Our title is Bruce Duncan, boss Varitech Inc. And WWMRI Inc., and that I am processing a criticism against Usairways that I’ve been attempting to solve to get a month. I bought a “1st course ticket” both methods from SFO to LV and back. NOTICE: I’VE INVESTED 5 HOURS AROUND THE PHONE ATTEMPTING TO REACH A “PERSON THAT MAY AID ME” WITH NO OUTCOMES, THAT FINALLY FORCED ME TO WRITE A FAX! Inadequate, or lack there of, customer support! I reached the entrance of my return trip, the jet was however boarding guests and gangway was still mounted on the aircraft. It was trip 469 making at 7:25pm LV and coming SFO 8:57 on Thu, Jan 29. The individual examining in clients seemed to be drunk and/or on medicines and was slurring his phrases and I noticed numerous individuals worrying about him on my next trip! IT'S NOT THE CASH, IT'S THE FACT YOU LET SOMEONE THAT'S DRUNK, ON DRUGS HAVING A BIT OF POWER THAT LOVES TO TROUBLE CLIENTS BECAUSE THERE IS “NO ONE” THERE TO MONITOR HIM! Worst support i’ve experienced internationally!!! REALLY BAD COMPANY
