Doug is the managers name. He sold me a 2001 Chevy Malibu for $8000. Blue book is $1200, but I didnt know that at the time. I went to drive it home and it shook violently on the freeway and the check engine light came on. The transmition started making a loud popping noise as soon as I drove across the street to get gas. I look at tires and all four are low I find a nail in 3 tires and a plug in 1. Its illegal to sell like that.
So I take it back to get it fixed because they wont givemy money back and they keep it for 2 weeks. I come to get it and the front tire is flat, so I ask if they can fix it, they put a plug in it right in front of me., I go to drive home and transmition is still popping, so they take it for 2 more weeks before they fix it... Thats illegal. I recently sent it back and stopped paying on it because they jimmy rigged the coolent relief valve by putting a bolt in its place so my car over heated frequently.
I gave up. They kept the car to fix it past the 2 week cutoff for lemon law so i had no way of doing anything about it. I just want my money back cause I cant afford to throw it away, I didnt even have the car the whole! St month of the contract and they wouldnt even let me skip a month on payments! Scumbags lied to my face and said i didnt have to worry, my wife and 3 kids would be fine in is car, ya right. They also put a shut off switch on my car and never told me, i have no papers from them about it. They set it for the 13th when i told them i get paid on 15th so car was shut off every month.
