I arranged a trip on November 14th. When choosing my return trip I picked Dec 13th at 6:31PM. I'd time occasion that evening, and so I required an evening trip. Somehow I had been reserved about the 10:29AM. It was an internet site mistake. I can not show that one.

I recognized the mistake on December 7th and rebooked to 6:31PM. I had been billed one more $215. I obtained a verification on December 8th displaying a big change to 10:29AM. At the moment I'd evidence the site was having issues.

I called, sent, and published a notice tp Mr. Doug Parker, Chairman & CEO. They'll not tackle the web site issue. They state the thing is with me.

I don't experience I ought to be spending a $215 change charge and escalation in cost once the Usairways site is actually having problems.
