I recently had a very unfortunate experience with the Ikea return policy, I run a interior design business, and decorate home and restaurants and businesses, I used to do tons of business spending $1000's od dollars at Ikea for my products ocassionally you I may overbuy a product or two and change my mind on the concept or design of the project, and have extra vases or pots or planters and other domestics, well this last job I had
about $300 of extra stuff on over a $1000 purchase, I kept my receipt and brought it back to get an exchange, not a refund and exchange for credit so I could get something i needed for my project and was denied a exchange on planters and vases because the Ikea stickers had been removed, I explained that the Ikea stickers had been removed by my employees because we dont leave
noticable stickers on the products when we decorate someones home or business, I was told that since the stickers were removed they couldnt except the item and since the stickers were removed the item was considered used and he then advised me to sell it on Craigslist. All I can think about that is What, really thats bad business.

Tomorrow i will begin posting this
review all over every consumer complaint website I can find on the internet at least 20 or so reviews, in addition I have stopped buying Ikea products for
my business for good. I emailed them a copy of this weeks prior to posting this on any complaints board and received no response from Ikea.
