Order ATV in October it was delivered and left on the street (Not on lift gate like they said) then after we finish putting it together it starts slinging oil all over the place, so I call the service parts area and speak with Mark he couldn't understand so he wanted me to send pictures which I did. Then he states that the bolt where the oil is coming out might have a small leak to use either super glue or apoxy then it should stop the leak. We did that and it still kept leaking so we took the bolt out and it was a crack inside where the oil is, Mark told us he would send us the part which would be here before Christmas.
Of course that didn't happen, so we called USA ATV again 2 days before Christmas and Mark stated he didn't know anything about the part that we need to take the ATV to a mechanic to get them to weld it and send him the bill and they might reemburse me. We said since this is 100% Guarantee that we wanted his company to send us the part as previously agreed. Finally after several moments of arguing, Mark said the part should be there within 3 to 4 wks well once again no part arrived.
This time when we called a woman answered and when we ask to speak to Mark and explained what we have been waiting on suddenly, he can't move his jaw to talk because of an accident, so the woman tells us she will have the part shipped to us within 2 wks well it has now been 4 wks so we called back and again they said they know nothing about it and now we need to fill out a claim form that will take a few weeks to process then 3 to 5 days to ship us the part because we are no longer in there system.
I have owned this ATV since October and it is still just collecting dust, can't ride it because the motor might lock up and it is not safe for my child. This company is lying about there customer satisfaction and there 12 month Guarantee on the Motor.
