Twin Lakes - Soloman Organization Deceitful Towing Practices

Twin Lakes, the apartment complex in which I live, recently had my vehicle towed for because it was unregistered. However, it was not unregistered, the new sticker has not been placed on the window yet. It's not their fault it was towed, it is mine, however this is not what I'm disputing.

A couple of things:
1.) They did not inform me that my vehicle was towed (aside from the sticker they put on it at night when no one was around, and then towed it the next day.).

2.) After I realized it had been towed, within hours, I called the office attempting to get information about where they had taken it. I was told they had to call the grounds keeper to get the information and that they would call me back. I called twice that day to no avail, once at noon and another time at four.

3.) They never got back to me. I called again today, monday, and finally got the information. The groundskeeper called me (he was the one stickering cars) and said that he was the one that was supposed to call me back with the information, but it was an emergency for him, so he didn't bother. This effectively doubled the charges attributed to my vehicle, because it sat in a tow lot 3 days longer than it would have if the office had called me back with the information with which they are required to give me.

4.) I'm reporting this because it seems to me the groundskeeper is intentionally denying people information on how to get their vehicle back to build up storage charges on the vehicle. He probably gets a chunk of money the longer the vehicle sits in the tow lot.

5.) I've tried to call the office and am of the mind that their incompetence, whether it be intrinsic or intentional, effectively doubled what I have to pay to get my car out of tow, and they should be responsible for at least the 165 extra dollars I have to pay because they denied me the information I needed for 3 days (55 dollars a day for sitting on a lot)

6.) They've informed me, it's not their problem, and they're not required to inform people when their vehicle is towed.
