I have also had an eerily similar experience with Mr. Hart, who pulled a bait and switch maneuver, sticking me with a car that did not meet the specifications of my order and which did not meet his alleged criteria of "excellent condition".
He kept promising resolutions for six months and then stopped communicating. This guy advertises his mission as wanting a customer for life, but apparently all he was looking for was a quick buck once he got me on the hook. I would advise all readers not to do business with this guy.
