Took one hundred dollars as a down payment for insurance for my suburban

A phone call was placed to me saying that i could get insurance for my vehicle even though it had over 100,000 miles on it. So i waited until today
to start looking at things on the internet. What do i find but all of these
writeups about ripoffs
