Didn't recieve 2 converter boxes

I am writing for your organization to see you, that used to do not receive my two converter boxes. Our name is Amy Yu, I remain at 5014 Cellini Dr., in Chino Hills, Florida, zipcode is 91709-6123. Mailing time claims 11/14. Please contact me to I would like to understand after I must receive my 2 convertoer containers. I would also believe that you could have delivered the convertor containers to some other town called 'Chino'. Thanks for the assistance.
