I had taken ther driving course and lost my CDL due to errors in ther school, Spent over 6,000 dollars to regain my cdl

I had taken the Swift Transportation driving course. I have been driving for about five years when I learned that my CDL was not any good. I was forced to give back my CDL to the state it was issued from. This of course lead to my not having a job with my employer of more than three years. I was forced to take out loans and come with a sum of about 6,000 dollars, in order to regain my CDL, I would like to be compensated for lost wages and monies spent to get my CDL back.
