Wally Castellanos is a scammer who claims he can ake you to an auto auction legally thought websites and classifieds. This guy makes you think you are getting a great deal by taking you to an auto auction. Charging a fee of 200 dollars (which is illegal to take someone without a dealer license to the real auction where the cars are.) after you go to the auction parking lot to see the car you want, he bids on it the next day. When the auction takes place. The reality is he will bid on the car you want but instead of telling you he got it for $15000 he will tell you he got it for $25000 dollars. Stealing 10,000 dollars like that out of your hand. Your hard earn money. This happen in an auto auction in Florida but beware he can be anywhere. He even has criminal records.
