Ordered a Hondata S300 through this company's online store on December 12th. Next day my money was taken out of my account. Waited over a month but never seen the product. I've called numerous times but keep getting the same answers over and over again, "hondata hasn't shipped us the s300" or "we are still waiting for it from hondata".
Some time after the month I contacted Hondata via email and they told me that they never receive any order from these guys. I decided to personally cancel my order at there shop in Hayward on Monday January 19th. I still haven't seen any money refunded into my bank account. It only took them a day to take my money and yet it takes this long to refund it?
