I work for a credit card company, we CAN help you. If you ordered it, no longer want it, and the company is not cooperating or responding, call and lodge a dispute. I work for one of the largest CC companies in America and I see this charge all the time. If this charge suddenly appeared on your card WITHOUT your ordering it, contact the security department we'll change your card number lickety split and they won't be able to charge anymore. This method will not work if you DID initally order the product because we will continue to let them bill the card for subscriptions in many cases. Hope this helped!
