Unauthorized deduct from my credit card

Wu yi Supply taken twice: 19,50 USD from my Erste Charge Card. I did so purchased once from wuyi Supply for around this cash Wuyi Tea. I've paid for this in about May and that I had got the tea cargo.

Which was merely a test purchase. Next I acquired a tea bundle through DHL or UPC and that I had needed to purchase it 26 USD. Since I have didn't purchase Wu Yi Tea anymore, I declined spending money on this second cargo.

However I discovered nowadays, on 21th September, that my charge card bill exhibits twice 19,50 USD reduction.

I've simply named the bank card division in the Erste bank, within Hungary, Budapest and that I requested them to banned any deal on my charge card. They recognized this plus they instantly banned the utilizing of my charge card.
