Conoco, Conoco, First Food & Bakery Company sold gas with rusty water, and won't admit fault

I bought gas at the Conoco station in Mt. Enterprise, Texas, for my 2009 Toyota. The car made it only a few miles from the station before breaking down. I had to have it towed to the closest dealership (over 50 miles away), and the mechanics at the dealership found that the gas was mingled with rusty water. Conoco has refused to acknowledge their fault, insists their checks have not found anything wrong with their gas (despite the physical evidence), and even had the gall to say that there must have been something previously wrong with the brand new car, such as a rusty gas tank.

For the record, the tank is plastic, and if anyone knows of oxidization occuring with plastic I would like to know since this defies the laws of physics. All told, I was out close to $2,000 for repairs, tow fees, and transportation in the interim.
