I bought a 2003 Dodge Neon a few years ago, I went into CH7 Bankruptcy and included it in the bankruptcy. But I wanted to be nice so I paid them the monthly payment of $249.00 every month. But last year I called them and told them I couldnt afford to pay and went late. I was trying to work something out. Well, They just came and repoed the vehicle. This kind of bank makes me sick all the Federal bailout money they got and they were supposed to work with their creditors. This bank is VERY bad do deal with, I would warn anyone who reads this not to have any dealings with them. They were defaulting me for a 30 day late payment. And if anyone is in a bankruptcy with EASTERN BANK to make sure their Attorney deals with them with great caution. They called me up on the phone threating me criminally for not paying my auto loan on time. I guess you could say I got True blue service. These people are scumbags do deal with.
