I ordered parts on 1/30/03, it did not come 2 1/2 weeks later. When i called the company on 2/18/03, it still wasn't sent.
I was told that the parts have not come in yet and will be in on 2/19/03 and sent to me.
On 2/25/03 i called to inquire about the order and was informed that it will be sent in a couple of days because the parts are not in yet.
I asked for a refund and was told that i will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
I was upset and asked to speak to the manager who told me he would not charge me a fee, and will credit my account and gave me my cancellation # of 117127-5.
I checked my account the next day and it was not credited. So i called the company and they now state that the refund will come via a check.
On 3/5/03 (today) i have not received the refund. I called the company, and steve (the manager), i asked him about my refund, he now states his machine is now working so he can now credit my account.
I went on to say that if i dont get my refund credited in my account by the next day i will report him.
He got very agitated, and said " i dont care, you can sue me ".
So i asked him, "so i am going to get my money right?". He went on to say "if you ask me that question again i will hang up the phone".
I asked him again and he hung up the phone.
Please help me.
The amount is $322.54.
The date of the order is 1/30/03. Thank you.
