I sent him $125 money order. And i never recieved my parts. They wont call or email me back

I seen his ad in racing junk for parts. I was to get a used cam / carb / two distributers / he said he would pay for shipping like a lot of people do. So i sent him the $125 dollar money order. That was before christmas. I still havent received my parts. They wont call or email me back. I have left them plenty of phone and email messages my name is gary
