On 11-08-04, my husband ordered parts for our daughter'c car with ExpressAutoParts.com. We received a confirmation that they would forward an email when the parts were shipped in 2-5 days. Days and weeks we waited, but no email. My husband and I both, re-contacted these people via email on 11-22-04 and they reported that the parts were "out of stock" and the parts would ship in the next 10 business days. Here we are - 12-07-04, no parts and no money either. We will get justice. Watch and see. Calling the bank today and we will be disputing the charges. Wish us luck. They have "messed" with an Alabamian NOW!!!
