Product misrepresented, shopped short, repeated promices to remedy not fulfilled

Product does not install on my car as represented. After repeated requests via phone/email company has not sent instructions, parts or photos on how to adapt to my car.

Product shipped short parts, company has not fulfilled order. Company will not refund.

There are reputable alternatives to this company.
