Purebuilders cant hear repeated requests to cancel, doesn't deliver product, won't cancel your order, has very small fine print that allow them to bill you every 3 weeks even before you have the product

Called company to ask when my product will be delivered thru purebuilders.com, for the e smoke to help quit smoking. Ordered 11-22, on 12-8 i still didn't have the product called & was told it just shipped & given a code for a month free, here's the kicker they charged me another 100 bucks for a month refill which i didn't order, they state their web states they can rebill you every 3 weeks for another months supply. BTW I still cannot locate that statement on their web pages,

It's on my bank statement under safetrialoffers.

Company states i can cance on 1-4-09 and not until that date, won't get supervisior on the phone after repeated requests to a foreigner so maybe she just doesn't understand.

Word to the wise buy your e smoke in the corner store
