The summer of I purchased a 2003 Acura from Auto Source. A really nice car for my son. I also purchased a GAP insurance at the time of purchase.in december the car was totaled, but was appraised in value for the payoff. I never had to use the GAP insurance.
I returned to Auto Source to purchase another car and had inquired about the rebate of the insurance on the first car. I was told by the business person that the finance company would reinburse me partial payment of the GAP insurance. After contacting the finance company, i was told the dealership would have to handle the reinbursement.
It is now June 6 months later and all I have gotten from Auto Source management are empty promises. Either the person I need to talk to is not in, on vacation, has left fot the day, or call back later. Continious run-around each time I call, or go by the dealership.
I can't understand why a company such as Auto Source would want such negative publicity for such a small issue, compared to the amount of positive business this article COULD have given them
