All I will let you know is never purchase a merchandise produced by baja. I bought a baja mini-bike on 11/28 for my boy for holiday i puchased it from pep children they began it wen i picked it-up. On holiday morning my boy visited experience it. It crunk but wouldn't move. Therefore the next day i named pep children they explained that I'd need to contact baja. Well lets just state that from the period I acquired about the telephone with baja following a 36minute contain the degree of customer support that i received i no further actually needed thier item. And so I named pepboys back and requested the correct process on reciveing a return. The supervisor thier explained the agreement they have with baja they'd need to have a "rga #" to be able to provide me my cash back. Therefore once more i named baja these were really rude again wouldn't provide me a rga # informing me that I'd need to consider the mini-bike to thier nearest repair center or might she I would like to talk to a boss i informed her the $300.00 that i taken care of thier bit of garbage gear allows me to put on. She told me I really could not tie-up her point and he or she subsequently hung-up on me. Well my man called back achieved a boss and told him that people no further actually desired thier item because of the proven fact that thier customer sevice repetitions were therefore rude and unpleasant. As well as the mf told my spouse the only method we'd get our money-back was to consider the mini-bike and use it the medial side of the street and market it ot go back again to pep boys and find out the things they might do. I've never in my own life been handled so unpleasant with a people addressing a business as large as baja. Pointless therefore state the supervisor at pepboys was so good and my rage was by no means at pepboys it was with baja since each time we named they'd an extremely mellow attitude like they did not worry about exactly what the issue was but there is nothing you can do about this. Therefore several terms of guidance never buy something using the baja emblem onto it since it probably will not work. Among the repetitions at baja explained himself they have been overcome with calls about thier items no longer working that evening also it was just 11am my period.
