Bought a mini bike from Dick's sporting goods on the 29th of November for son's birthday. It ran for about two hours and stopped. Never ran again. Contacted Dicks and they denied a return claiming Baja was at fault.
Contacted Baja Motorsports talked with Dawn and Gio and got an authorization number to return to Dick's. Dick's refused the return. Contacted Dawn and she said that there was a disagreement between Dicks and Baja about returns. Baja would work it out. Never heard a thing, finally on December 20 took the bike to an authorized repair shop and paid for the repairs myself (115.00). Sent the invoice to BAJA for re-imbursement and they turned it down. Mini bike had a 90 day warranty, the repairs were done 25 days after purchase by an authorized Baja repair center.
Neither Dick's nor Baja Motorsports claimed any responsibility and were for the most part non-communicative about the problems with the bike.
