Aja atv 150 cc

I acquired two atv baja 150 cc from pepboys, i've electrical issues and that i purchased all electric parts from baja motorsports in arizona, and nothin functions, nothing fixes the issue, the atv only rins on electric batteries until it runs out, it's not getting the battery consequently its not running at-all, i changed all electric components completly and its own still no longer working
