I was at your dealership 11/22/08 Saturday night looking to purchase a used vehicle. I seen this vehicle on cars.com a Buick Century 2000 and your salesman Tom Hasket was helping me with my purchase. I test drove this vehicle an during the drive I heard a bump underneath this car, me and my uncle heard the noise when Tom was shifting the gear into overdrive 3,2, 1. I ask him what was that noise he said that was nothing because I was shifting the gear. I purchased this vehicle for $3580.00 on that date. To my surprise that was the transmission that was making that noise. I believe (Tom) mislead me to purchase this vehicle.

On 11/24/08 Monday morning 34 hours later I call 10:30am and talk with a (Manager) he informed me call at 1:00pm and talk with your salesman. I came to the dealership that day 11/24/08 at 6:00pm. I had a conversation with tom concerning the noise he said was nothing but in actuality was the transmission. He said to bring the car in for service for inspection for the transmission for no charge and all repairs, during our conversation he said I need talk to with the Manager (Pat).. Later that night you said that I can't service or inspect that vehicle for free you need to pay all charges. I inform you that I was mislead in purchasing this vehicle by Tom said their was no problem with this car. I informing you on the all tactic / misleading information that Tom Haskett (salemen's) used to make his sale...

When I was test driving this vehicle I notice the driver side mirror wouldn't move in the down position Tom said he will have that repaired (False).. That the cars has brand new tires (False) the tire are mixed matched. The door was making noise he said I'll have that repaired. (False).. That I will have oil changes long as I owned this vehicle (False) and that he will put gas in the car because it was empty (False) never happen, he said the person that authorize to give money is gone. The was minor problem that I didn't complained about. When he said the noise underneath that wasn't nothing in actuality is was the transmission that has been confirmed by your service manager Bill Webb on 12/12/08 and also the two transmission shops that I originally was quoted to have this transmission overhaul. All this promises that tom made was in the present of my uncle

I return 11/26/08 Wednesday at 6:00pm to try to resolve this problem. Tom stated to bring the car in for service on 11/29/08Saturday at 11:00am

Saturday 11/29/08 11:00am I came for service the technician said the person that do transmission isn't in today.
Tom said call Monday morning and talk with Mr. Webb (Manager) of service.

I went to certified transmission service shops 11/29/08 Saturday to King's Transmission and National Transmission both shops gave me a estimation. I went back to the dealership 11/29/08

Saturday 6:00pm informing Tom that I went an had my transmission inspected they said the transmission was bad and gave me a quote for $1295.00 and $1400.00 I showed the paper work to Tom. That night a new manager was in charge he told Tom to shows me a Ford Traus 2000 or bring the Buick in for inspection for no charge. Tom stated the vehicle was in mint condition low miles I said I'll that a look at It. The vehicle was on financial hold an to come back Tuesday 12/02/08 at 5:00pm. I left work work early that day to my surprise the Manager or Tom wasn't there, that was those guys day off.

Wednesday 12/03/08 6:00pm Tom shows me the Ford Traus that had 101,000miles, engine light on, smoking and smelling like burning oil. I said no I can't make a change for that vehicle. I ask Tom for a price for another Ford Tarus 2003 71,500miles he said I talk with my manager (Pat) an told me the price $7000.00, are you serious. He say yes.

Pat all I ask is to repair this transmission with warranty, replace this vehicle with another one at equal value from kelly blue book or refund all monies 3,580.00.
