I purchase an electrolcell unit fro Charles Frazier on August 17 and had all kinds of trouble with it, the unit clogged up even using purified water. The cheap fuse hold broke and it took me for ever to figure that one out, ever time I would wiggle the fuse it would start to work, so I would close the hood and drive only to check it the next time and it was no longer working.
Fianally I thought all the bugs were worked out and then the hot wire from the fuse holder to the unit melted??? I sent the unit back, Charles said he would fix it for free. One week went by so I called Charles and he told me that there was several things wrong with it but he would fix it. Then he called me and said instead of fixing mine he would send me a brand new updated version the next day.
A week went by and no unit so I call and leave a message, no return call, so I call again and Charles tells me he is rebuilding my unit and I would have it "in 2-3 days." Another week goes by and I call and leave a message, no return call, so I call again and no responce. Three more days have past and I call agin and leave a message still no reply. It has now been a month and I have no unit and no responce from Charles, so I guess he thinks he can just keep the unit and my money.
