Moreno Valley Chev changed contracts and deleted the service warrantee without written notice, while vechicle was in their repair shop. They made me think the contract was being revised because they were lowering the price of the car because of the trouble that I was having with it.
But in actuality they deleted the service warrantee, plus the $100.00 deductible. And then said they replaced the spark plugs, wires, manifold gasket. Two weeks later the engine blew up, we have no service warrantee and the engine will cost$4000.00 Dollars.
DO NOT BUY ANY CARS NEW OR USED FROM MORENO VALLEY CHEV AND OLDS. I made a complaint to the BBB they did nothing but here their side of the case. I have an attorney plus I filed to the DMV Fraud. If anyone out there know what else I can do please let me know.
It's hard when you don't have any money to get justice, I have no working car and I still have to make the note payment on it. I will update this complaint if there are any changes. [email protected]
