The address of the company is a Mail Boxes, Etc. The principal contact listed on the May dissolved corporation per Secretary of State is David Greenleaf in Tustin, CA. The R.A. Was Nshan Narkosyan at 1811 Malcolm NO 3 Los Angeles, CA 90025. The mailing address of the company was 14666 Titus St. Ste 2 Panorama City, CA 91402. Due to inactivity with the SOS of CA, serving a nonexistent entity would probably be a waste of time. Please report all contact names to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
There are now over 32 known victims. Victims should also file police reports and call the Los Angeles District Attorney Fraud Division at 213/580-3200. If you paid by check, please make copies of the front and back of the cancelled check. It is hoped you filed reports with all agencies Jodi suggested and that you kept copies.
All phone numbers except the fax # to Buyloud are disconnected. The Web site was closed this week and reads "Under Construction".
It is advised that all victims report to usacomplaints.com & state when you were ripped off, exact amount & method of payment - (check, credit card or debit card). Please review auction sites or other to see if the operation has changed locations to continue ripping off the public. Remember that law enforcement agencies will only act if there are enough complaints to spend the money to pursue the company and/or individuals.
