Non one at Heritage's call center can tell me when I will receive my check, although it's supposedly authorized. It's been 3 months!

I bought a long guarantee from History via my car agent after I bought my new-car in 2003 (it is a 2004 design). I settled over $1700.00 for that agreement and simply within the last couple of months experienced a problem with my vehicle that dropped under this guarantee. Our seller approached them to obtain an agreement amount to see the protection quantity before getting the fix completed. Previously these were capable have History spend the dealer straight, but this time around these were informed the client needed to document the state following the fix was completed. I had been previously frustrated once they would not spend the constant rate for that seller to repair the issue and would just spend a diminished hourly fee. Bear in mind I bought the guarantee for my completely new vehicle (Lexus) and anticipated that they'd spend the seller price for fix, to ensure thatis the very first issue.

I questioned many times just how to contact somebody who may help or might contact History and he talked outrageous of me and informed me he'd additional callers waiting and he might spend your time going-over the same with me. He then hung-up on me! I called back and attempted to obtain a better solution via the seller point, I had been provided exactly the same run-around from that line also.
