I've financing balance discrepency withAmeristar. I've overpaid the organization on my auto loan. They informing me that I owe them one more $5000 additionally on my 2001 honda accord car. They WOn't return me my overpayment balance of $690 and therefore are harassing me daily athome, on my cellphone and on my office. After I request evidence of this exceptional stability they've none. Our agreement clearly says any chnge towards the agreement should be written down and authorized by both events, no dental modifications are binding.
