October I was hit by a drunk driver who had no insurance and totaled my vehicle. My insurance comp. Paid off what I owed and no more. So with an injury to my knee and 2 small children I was left to start back at square one looking for a car, With no money.
I found this dealership (A to Z auto) explained to them my worries and stress, they said they would help me find something safe & inexpensive. They got me into a 2003 Saturn VUE for $6000.00. I got financing through my credit union and Drove the car out of there on a Wednesday.
Thursday morning on my way to work I heard a clanking, took it to their transmission guy, he explained to me they knew the transmission was bad. When I tried to contact A to Z auto they have blown me off, and won't return my calls, emails or anything.
According to them there was no warranty. I find it hard to believe theres not even a 24 hour warranty. So now I'm stuck with a $6000. Car that doesn't run and I'm hitching rides around with my children. I trusted these people, and the prove to be very disloyal and don't have any heart towards people. Thank You.
