Took the cash and now get put on hold (forever)

I should have been suspicious when they advertised taking amex and when i tried on line nothing happened then when i called to order i was told they dont take amex so i put it on a visa debit i was told she would e-mail me a receipt so i could expense it out for business and be reimbursed by the company i work for. But that never happened and the funds have been removed and i get no replies from numerous e-mails and voice mail, and when i do get a operator i am then put on hold and nobody ever come back to the phone.

Screwed, blued, and tatooed!!!
