These people took complete advantage of my 78 year old aunt, when she took her car in for a simple repair she was told the car would cost to much to repair and that she would be better off buying a new car, so they sold my aunt a new car added every rip off accessory possible, selling her an $18,000 car for more than $34,000, she paid cash, over half of her life savings, they only allowed her $6500 for her 2006 car worth more than $12,000 current trade-in value, they completely took advantage of my aunt, and they did it knowing I was out of town, and instead of giving her the courtisy ride home right away they kept her there for hours until she finally bought the car. They completley manipulated her, my aunt refuses to let me seek legal action and I will honor her wishes but I just want to let people know about this situation and would advise anyone to not seek their services or buy a car from these people, I have one word for these people, shame.
