I purchase a 2007 Suzuki Reno from Son's Suzuki in October. They promise me a $250.00 gas voucher for purchasing a car from them and they promise to filled up my tank with gas. The salesperson and Sales manager said they would honor the $250 in free gas and they will filled up my car or reimburse me for gas when I bring the check from the credit union to pay for car.
However, after the credit union said we was paying $600 to much and I told them that if they did not reduce the price by $600 I would not purchase car. They agree to reduce the price by $600 and agree to honor the free gas and reimburse me for the initial gas I put in. However, I should have follow my instinct and requested the check for free gas and my reimbursement before I gave them the check from the credit union for the car.
Then the salesman said, the owner would have to sign-off for me to get the gas voucher and my rembursement and he would have it for me on Monday. When I contact the salesman, he told me because they gave me good deal on the car, that they would not honor the free gas and give me my reimbursement.
