I recently bought a car from J & W Auto in Virginia. I did the majority of my communications with the over email. When talking to them, they listed off the deficencies of the car which only included the A/C and power windows.
By the time I got the car home the engine and transmission was leaking oil badly and the breaks were totally gone. I can't get the car back to them without incurring great expense.
I have been trying to get ahold of them since then so we can address the problems, but they are not getting back to me. I am willing to be reasonable about this but they are not.
They obviously are only interested in getting their money at whatever the cost and not being accountable for their products. I would advise everyone to stay away from them. Since this incident, I have found out that I am not the only one who has had major problems with them.
