I had ordered a set of window switches for my car (2000 Chevrolet Camaro) on August 25. I immediately received an email that stated: 1. I would not be charged just yet, as they had to determine my shipping cost. 2. If the item was not in stock, i would be notified and it could take up to two weeks before they get the item in stock.By September 15, i began to wonder where my order was. I emailed the company, no response. I called the company the same day, no response.
I finally talked to a human with the company the day after via phone, where the person on the other line PROMISED to take care of it for me and call me back. One week went by with no phone call. I decided to give them one more chance; i gave them one more week. Sure enough, they did not come through. Now, the best part: I called them the next day with absolutely no answer 7 times in a row. On the 8th call, somebody at Young's Fbody PICKED UP AND HUNG UP ON ME. Super professional.
I called one more time right after and i immediately got an aggravated answer from the other line. I simply told the guy that i would go fourth with legal action within 48 hours if i was not to recieve a refund. The guy took down my info and promised me he would refund me. Nope! No refund. So now, i am contacting my bank and Visa to take back my money by force.
Conclusion:
Young's Fbody is an unprofessional and worthless company.
