Thru ebay vpp. He tells you to send him full legal name billing address shipping addres and phone numbers. The value of this car is over 8000.00 which caught my attention. I called him out on the scam b-4 i sent any info to him. Once i told him ebay vpp doesnt get involved with handeling any monies and he was scamming me he stopped sending me e-mails.
