I originally ordered both driver and passenger side control arms for my truck, I have a 2005 edition. The salemans name that helped me over the phone was TJ and said they had the parts and could send them to me. 5 days later the pack arrived and it was they control arms, but they were to a 2004 Ford f150 not an 2005.
I called and talked to a gentlemen and explained that they were the wrong ones and he send me a email with a UPS label to return them which I did. They got the package back a week later which was signed by the "manager" Joel. And never gave me a refund.
So i called that thursday, friday, saturday, and then monday to see what was going on with my refund and all I got was Joel hasn't been in to do the refund... So finally after talking to one of there understanding employees named Jack, he called Joel and pushed for my refund cause he himself said, " I'm sorry and I know where your coming from"!
Well they send me a refund of half the price I paid for the item and wont return any of my emails and phone calls, and tell me everytime I call Joel is in a meeting or some BS excuse. Basically the moral to this story is "the customer shouldn't ahve a pay for your mistake as a company"!
