Today I went to galveston County Court house. I was directed to the District Attorney's office. I filled out a form telling my story about Joel Wittwer. I was told it would be reviewed, and would be contacted within 5 to 10 days. Hopefully this person will finally get what is due to him.
Joel even ripped off the workers he hired, he paid them very little, and owes them a lot. If this goes to court, they are afraid to testify because of retaliation.
