My auto loan was sold to BayQuest Capital Corporation from Thrify Car Sales. I was not made aware of this action and I have had nothing but misery ever since. I would mail in my payments one week early for them to arrive on time and I would be told they were not received. I also have a timing mechanism on my car that requires a code every time I make a payment. I could not drive my car for weeks at a time because they were refusing to give me a code even after my checks were passed through my bank.
The customer service department is a joke. They were rude, idiotic, and lazy. My calls were passed on to other departments, I would be put on hold for over two hours, or I would just simply be hung up on. My car has no gone into reposetion because I refuse to pay for a car I cannot drive. This car has been sitting in my drive way for over three months and has not even been picked up. This lack of action to even take back a car they own proves what type of business this really is!!!
