Within The aftermath of Storm IKE, my vehicle was totalled. I discussed with Clear Lake Nissan to purchase a brand new Nissan Frontier. Throughout the whole procedure we talked of the cited number, ie $22,341 plus Tx duty name and license. I particularly requested many times if there have been additional costs, and was informed NO.
We closed-in a rush as a result of conference phone contract at my wifes company. After I had an opportunity to critique the final record I came across a fee for " EXPERT-BUNCH" for 487.51. Which I'd initialed because of the hurry. This cost had never been described. I named the overall director, OC Brooks, described the problem and he offered me his term he might create a check, as soon as I really could show my check for cost had cleared... Our check cleared, I offered him having a backup, and also have not had the opportunity to achieve him, or have phone delivered since... Main Point Here, Clear Lake Nissan has taken $487.51 of my income.
