Wynn's extended warrantee robbed us blind! They should be in prison for steeling!
We bought our truck a few years ago, and our bank sold us a Wynn's extended warrantee. They asked us a few questions like were their any alterations to the truck, in which we replied, "yes, it's been chipped." It had been chipped so it can haul a 5th wheel. The bank knew this, and they spoke to Wynn's on the phone, who told the bank, "go ahead and sell it to them, it's fine."
So now, 5 out of 8 of our fuel injectors have gone bad and they are refusing to pay the claim. What kind of fraud is legal in America? I am sick about the dishonesty of this company. It always seems like insurance/warrantee companies willingly take your hard earned, blood sweat and tears money, and then when you actually need to use their services that you pay for honestly and earnestly, they do everything they can to not pay a claim. Talk about fraud - not to mention despicable customer service!
We are stuck, because we do not have thousands of dollars to pay the mechanic - that's why we spent thousands of dollars a few years ago to cover ourselves if something like this were to happen. Now, we are going to have a huge hardship trying to get our truck fixed so my husband can get back to work. They also caused him to miss close to $2000 in pay because he has to have his truck to haul his 5th wheel back to work down in Arizona, and now he's missing work til next week.
I can't express how disheartening it is to do business with an American company and be taken for a ride like this, and they are not even accountable in the least? Isn't that called stealing and getting away with it? I don't care what the fine print says - they knew when they sold us the policy (which means they were knowingly stealing thousands of dollars from us). We have paid our fare share - why don't they have to offer the service we paid for?
